In the world of luxury, it is common to find objects that resemble one another. Details may change, but the impression is often that of seeing the same bags everywhere.
There are, however, a few maisons that work in a completely different way, choosing not quantity but complete personalisation.
Di Castello belongs to this category.
A workshop in the woods
To understand Di Castello, one must begin from the place where it was born: Castello Cabiaglio, in the Campo dei Fiori Regional Park.
Here, Fabrizio Zanollo with over thirty years of experience in metalworking for high-precision sectors chose to create a product that unites technical skill with personal identity.
It is neither a factory nor a brand that follows seasonal trends.
It is a workshop where every piece is studied and created with genuine care.

The dialogue between metal and leather
Di Castello’s defining signature is the union between a metal structure and Italian leather.
Achieving this result required the development of a specific patent after years of research.
The structures can be crafted in steel or titanium, with finishes produced through PVD technology, ensuring durability while avoiding more impactful galvanic treatments.
The leather comes from selected Italian tanneries, chosen for both quality and responsible processing methods.
The interiors are in Alcantara, selected for their longevity and precise aesthetic finish.
A bag created together
The central feature of the project is the creative process: each bag is designed directly with the person who commissions it.
Materials, finishes, leathers, aesthetic elements, optional precious metal or gemstone inserts, personalised colours and engravings are all defined together.
You do not start from a predefined model.
You start from the individual.
These bags are designed for those who seek an object crafted with care, something that does not resemble anything already seen and that does not rely on a logo to stand out.

Details that define an original
Every creation is accompanied by a unique serial number, a certificate of authenticity and packaging inspired by high-end watchmaking.
In recent years, Di Castello bags have been presented in international settings from Dubai to the Cannes Film Festival and the Milan Fashion Week confirming a positioning consistent with their exclusive nature.
Why I speak about it
In my work I often encounter Italian realities that preserve an authentic and rigorous way of working.
Di Castello is one of them.
To describe it means giving voice to an artisanal tradition that continues to produce objects designed to last, built with care and coherence.
It is a bag, of course.
But above all, it is the result of an encounter between craftsmanship, high-quality materials and a clear vision: creating something that will never have a duplicate.
